По поводу спленды вичитывала на американском форуме по фитнесу, там говорилось о спленде с сукралозой. Воть.

Как бы Спленда это коммерческое название Сукралозы , в общем это одно и тоже, произведено в Англии в 1976 году.
Декстроза и малтодекстрин , в составе . Можно нагревать до 232 градуса по цельсию / 480 ф
аспартама в ноей сыпучей нет , а вот в таблеточках для чая не знаю.

Вот с этим сах замом выпечка очень вкусная , как с сахаром ..... но в творожной запеканке с СОМом и сплендой, образуется как бы жидинький сиропчик..... когда с сахаром и крахмалом/манкой никакого сиропчика не образуется.

ПС - Нашла - малтодекстрин и сукралоза в составе моей Спленды для выпечки.
